(The Boathouse) designed specifically for shoots and modelled on houses in Nantucket, is a stunning New England style white clapboard house only 40 minutes from London on the bank of the River Thames. It has a foreign and relaxed coastal vibe without the need to travel abroad or to the coast.

The location offers a multitude of shoot options- the large rooms are flooded with natural light and  open out onto verandas and balconies. The interior has pale wooden floors, white wooden panelling and some rooms have clapboard vaulted ceilings.

There are 3 large bedrooms, an open plan bathroom with roll top bath, 2 living rooms one with 6 metre glass doors and a kitchen with a large prep table, white Esse (Aga lookalike) and open plan pantry. There is an additional attached barn which can be used to shoot in or for prop storage. Most of the rooms are ground floor with large doors opening onto the outside so easily accessible to shoot.

Outside there are 3 covered verandas and a balcony. The pretty mostly evergreen garden has an  irrigated lawn for all year round shoots and a 10 metre  outdoor swimming pool with high evergreen hedge backdrop.

At the rear there is a riverside garden with 2 decks overlooking the river and a decked jetty with a boat (available to use by separate agreement.)
