The sitting room is an intimate, comfortable and cosy space and adjoining is a glazed dining area with access to the garden.

Moving deeper into the house there is an exquisite bar area . To the side of the bar is the snooker room with red velvet walls.
The open plan kitchen features spectacular double height bay windows and the breakfast table positioned to make the most of the far reaching Dartmoor views.
On the ground floor, you will also find a hidden games room with large sofas and beautiful ornate doors that open onto the outside seating area
Complimenting the playful theme of the house is the beautiful curved slope which connects the ground and first floors. A waterfall of hand made Moroccan tiles - exquisitely crafted - and rather fun!
On the first floor there are 6 bedrooms, (2 ensuite)
