With over fifteen years experience in the interiors business, Anita Kaushal has created her own beautiful style which is reflected in the homes she has transformed, the books she has published and the interior publications in which she has contributed. In addition to this, she has successfully created her own pioneering business 'earth tones' and is now embarking on a thriving career in television.

As well as writing and styling for leading British press publications which include; October's edition of Living etc where her own home will be featured, she has also written for the Observer, the Guardian and contributed to Conde Nast Cookie. Anita also conceived, art directed and wrote the best selling 'FamilyLifeStyle Home' in 2007 which sold worldwide including in the US and was translated into Dutch, Spanish, German, Slovakian and French. This was swiftly followed by 'Familylifestyle Travel' in 2008. Both books were published by Thames & Hudson.

A brilliant presenter, Anita was recently chosen as one of the interior experts on ITV1's top rated show 'House Gift', which will transmit this autumn. This show utilizes Anita's unique talent of finding exceptional gifts on a budget, keeping wellbeing and emotional value at the forefront of her mind.

As well as her main projects, Anita works with charity 'Shine' empowering underprivileged teenagers to build confidence and self-esteem with the aim of preparing them for the job market and is passionate about empowering women both in the workplace and at home. Anita, is one of seven children, born and brought up in West London, she is of Indian origin. Her home is in Queens Park and is shared with her husband and their two children aged 10 and 7.
